Fees at HEY
HEY is an approved early childhood provider. This means that families using out Long Day Care Services may be eligible for the Child Care Benefit or the Child Care Rebate to help with the cost of fees.

Long Day Care
$100 one-off, non-refundable, administration fee is charged to join the long day care waiting list
$127 per day (per child) – As of 2nd July 2018
Fees are payable monthly throughout the year and include any absences.
$100 working bee/maintenance levy is charged each year.
Once a position has been offered, an Enrolment Fee (equivalent to 2 weeks full fee’s) is payable to secure the position.
Sessional Kindergarten (3 & 4 year old)
Enrolements for sessional kindergarten waiting lists are handled by Boroondara Kindergarten Central Enrolment Scheme (BKCES)
$100 working bee/maintenance levy is charged on your first term’s fees.
$750 per term (3 year old)
$1050 per term (4 year old)
Fees are payable at the start of each term, in advance of commencement.
Important notes:
- HEY is closed on public holidays and fees are NOT charged for these days.
- Long Day Care Fees are paid monthly and HEY uses DebitSuccess for payment of invoices.
- Electronic invoices are issued direct to families (so please make sure your contact email address is up to date at all times) but hard copies can also be made available upon request.
